Dr Eric Berg is a well-known specialist in all things to do with weight loss, particularly using natural and nutritional methods. He is particularly famous for his book the 7 Principles of Fat Burning and has published articles in a number of other forms of print media including, The American Chiropractor, New Beauty, Men’s Exercise and others. In addition, he has appeared in a number of television talk shows and sport shows alike.
In his book, the 7principles of Fat Burning, the doctor splits people into four basic categories according to their body type, job type, sleep patterns; life style factors such alcohol consumption rates, moods and so on. These various categories cumulatively make up four general gland profiles.
Dr. Eric Berg in this book asserts that, there is more to losing weight than through hard exercise or low-calorie diets. Dr Berg further says, everyone attempting to lose weight through any of this means will only succeed for a given period of time before reverting back to their prior condition, and any in case that some do succeed then they are not many.
Dr. Eric Berg champions that the public will have to be re-educated on how to lose fat. This way, consumers who consider themselves overweight, can first begin by understanding their body and its weaknesses. It is with this understanding then, that a person will be well equipped to plan their weight lose strategy which will be much easier and faster to achieve, and without any negative impact on their health.
So basically according to Dr Eric Berg, the only safe way to lose weight is to understand why your body is storing it up in the first place.
His method is not what many would consider conventional, but it is a refreshingly different approach with a lot of good advice to offer.
